    Hi Mallika very healthy salad. If I am correct you are the first one who demonstrated cooking videos on social media’s. I have seen your cooking on tv channels a lot. Please post more salads. I am 58 years and my husband 65 . We mostly eat salads for dinner. Even my daughter and her husband also mostly eat salads for dinner. We are living USA. I am happy that you are mentioning health benefits also. Keep up the good work.?????
